Mary Kate Dauler is an instrumental member of the leadership team as she manages the day-to-day operations in the administrative and billing offices. As the Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for many things that happen behind-the-scenes at all four locations. Mary Kate also works heavily in grants management and administration, securing the funding for clinical operations and new services. She is knowledgeable about all things FQHC-related, and she holds credentials in Community Health Coding and Billing.
Mary Kate comes to Oconee Valley Healthcare with years of experience from The Farmers Bank, as well as The Yesterday Cafe. Since coming on board in 2016, she has been promoted from Executive Assistant to Director of Administrative Services due to her being a quick learner and a natural born leader. She was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Her interests include strategic planning, problem solving, policy development and implementation, grant writing, and employee engagement and education.
Mary Kate is a local to Greene County and has lived here for nearly 10 years. Mary Kate and her husband, Trent Dauler, have been married for 8 years. They have a son and a daughter. Her personal interests include cooking, crafting, reading, and spending time with her family. She also serves at Oconee Valley Healthcare outreach events.
