Oconee Valley Healthcare Coming Soon to Madison: Primary Care for All Ages Opening April 2026

Oconee Valley Healthcare is proud to announce the opening of a new primary care location in Madison, Georgia, scheduled to open April 6, 2026. 

This expansion brings affordable, community-centered healthcare closer to the residents of Madison and Morgan County, providing convenient access to primary care services for patients of all ages. 

Expanding Access to Care in Madison 

As a nonprofit community health center, Oconee Valley Healthcare is committed to improving access to high-quality medical care regardless of insurance or financial status. The new Madison location reflects OVH’s ongoing mission to serve rural and medically underserved communities across Georgia’s Lake Country. 

The Madison office will offer comprehensive primary care for adults and children, including preventive visits, wellness exams, chronic condition management, sick visits, and more. Patients will be able to establish care close to home with a trusted healthcare provider in a welcoming environment. 

Meet Your Provider: Nathan Wade, FNP-C 

The Madison office will be led by Nathan Wade, FNP-C, a family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Nathan has been with Oconee Valley Healthcare since 2015 and looks forward to becoming part of the Madison community. 

Now Accepting New Patients 

Oconee Valley Healthcare Madison will begin accepting new patients ahead of its April 2026 opening. We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. A sliding fee scale is also available for qualifying patients.
