Open Enrollment for 2020 insurance through Healthcare.gov (the official site of the Affordable Care Act) was November 1, 2019-December 15, 2019. Coverage began January 1, 2020. Individuals who are already enrolled have a chance to renew or re-enroll into a different plan, and those who have not already enrolled have the opportunity to purchase affordable health insurance through The Marketplace. In one location, you will be able to make side-by-side comparisons of plans that will best meet you and your family’s needs and budget. Reduced Fee/Slide Program

Slide (Discount) Program: Oconee Valley Healthcare offers a discount program for eligible patients. Based on family size and income, patients are placed on a sliding scale fee for appointments. Please call ahead to make an appointment to apply for the slide program. Please bring the following completed application as well as the documents needed to apply for the slide program. You will not be placed in the slide program without proper documents.

Documents needed:

All patients who are working must present the last 3 check stubs or current year tax return.
All non-working patients must present a wage-report from the Georgia Department of Labor or Separation Notice from previous employer.
All disabled or retired patients must present Awards Letter for Social Security or Bank Statement showing amount of Social Security Deposit.
