Craig Colby, MD

Dr. Craig Colby, Physician, is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia. He completed a McLeod Family Medicine Residency in Florence, South Carolina, and later completed advanced training on colonoscopy procedures at the National Procedures Institute. Before attending medical school, Dr. Colby received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. He is board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Colby is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Before working for Oconee Valley Healthcare, Dr. Colby was a physician at Our Family Health Center in Social Circle, Georgia, and the Hospice Area Director for Homestead Hospice in Athens, Georgia. He rotates as a hospitalist in St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital and is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine through the Augusta University-University of Georgia Medical Partnership.

Dr. Colby resides in Greensboro with his wife and three children. He enjoys camping, car restoration, classical guitar, and traveling.
